Shareholdings
The shares of Almirall, S.A. are represented by book entries, and Sociedad de Gestión de los Sistemas de Registro, Compensación y Liquidación de Valores S.A. (IBERCLEAR) and its participated companies are in charge of the accounting entries.
The Company does not have a registry of shareholders since the shares are book entries. Therefore, the Company does not know its exact shareholding structure apart from the position of the shareholding through file X-25, that the Company may request from IBERCLEAR only for the Annual General Meeting; from communications made by shareholders upon the publication of the Annual Report; and from the information available on the official Web of the Spanish Stock Exchange Commission (CNMV), in the section ‘Significant events' and/or the section concerning ‘Major holdings and own shares'.
