We aim to drive sourcing excellence in partnership with the business, while maintaining superior product andservice quality and ensuring a stable, ethical and sustainable supply chain.

Supplier Onboarding

We onboard our suppliers through the platform SAP Ariba platform.

SAP Ariba is the platform that we use to onboard and register  suppliers, as well as to manage certain purchasing activities  at Almirall. During the registration phase,  initiated by an email notification, suppliers are required  to provide basic information and accept  the  Almirall Suppliers’ Code of Conduct.

Suppliers must keep their company information up to date in the SAP Ariba platform where they can view and manage the purchase orders and invoices.

Suppliers will not be able to upload the invoices until the Almirall employee who requested the goods or services has confirmed receipt.

Almirall Purchase Terms and Conditions

We expect our suppliers to act ethically and in good faith,  deliver quality goods and services, and meet contractual commitments. In the absence of a duly signed contract, the Almirall Purchase Terms and Conditions will  apply.During the commercial relationship, suppliers are expected to comply with the requirements set out in these terms. Unless a specific written agreement has been duly signed between the supplier and Almirall, the Almirall Purchase Terms and Conditions will  govern the supply of goods and/or provision of services.
